When I said "simple," I meant SIMPLE: it's Annie's Organic French dressing. For years, I refused to use bottled dressings. French (or Catalina) dressing is vinagrette that includes tomato paste; I'm sure I could easily make it. But I like Annie's recipe so much that I've recanted.
oooh la la! I'm glad you rest occasionally and let someone else make the dressing. When I do this I always make a point of at least serving it in a container other than the one it was purchased in. Its the least we can do, really.
