  2. Lest I be accused of being cheeky: the cauliflower feta omelet that's become a weekly standard is a recipe from Gourmet, though not that particular issue.

    I made the bread with cake flour as I had a scant half cup left over and wanted to get rid of it. Now I understand the significance of cake flower.
