From the Market


For all the readers of Or, Notices, I want to make a salad
of strawberries, spring onions, and these mustard greens
with their faint wasabi-like bite.

Salad sounds like early summer perfection.

May I also suggest roasted cherries (instead of strawberries) and some toasted hazelnuts?

There's a red, slightly milder variety of the frilly mustard greens which will be perfect with cherries and hazelnuts! xo
