The highest point of Thunderhead Mountain-- the highest peak in the west side of the park-- is covered by substantial shrub. One's meant to step up on this pile of rocks to see the view, which due to the current height of the shrub, remains elusive. Alternate title for this post: Wooded foilage [sic].
