i was, for a while, so smitten with mast bros. chocolate that i would order their fairly pricey sampler selection just to enjoy myself, but then i started to think that their chocolate, although delicious and intense, was also, at times, dry, and, not having ever reevaluated that conclusion, i stopped eating and ordering their chocolate.
have you ever found this to be the case? is it time to revisit the mast bros.?
i have never stopped admiring their packaging.

This tablet-- a truly book-like object-- was a thoughtful gift from Bradford. Otherwise, I haven't Masted of late. I'll let you know how baking with it goes. Poor K's not supposed to eat chocolate, so I'll likely use this in recipes I prepare for events out. x
