First Regular @ New Location

That's right, friends. Here on Orchard Drive, we're cooking with electricity. I'm slowly adapting. I miss the gas, but I like electricity for boiling, frying, and the ease of clean-up.

I believe we moved in on Saturday and had the regular on Tuesday or Wednesday. It was okay. At that point, I was turning the heat up too high-- 7 or so. I'm more about the 3-5 range now.
