While I still have hopes for you raising a yeast mother of your own, I am happy to see the bottled version nearby. And I can only image the two of these make a winning combination!

Currently I rest in the evenings with warm kombucha mixed with hot water, honey and a splash of beautiful lavender vinegar. So delicious and aromatic.
